Their attitudes are larger than the facility. The disrespectful tones are used not only with our family member staying there but with the family members who call in to discuss business. The amount of training that needs to be provided to the staff here is going to cost millions. I am not sure how any upper management has not caught on to this sooner and corrected the issue before family member have to leave these kind of reviews. My mother did not receive proper care at this facility. During her stay, she contracted bed sores, infections, and viruses. DO NOT put your loved one at this facility. The staff is over-worked and short-handed. This doctor was not available for information or consultation after dozens of requests. After my Uncle was discharged from the hospital., he was placed there for a few weeks.
